Fleener to the 49'ers makes perfect sense.  Harbaugh recruited Fleener to Stanford and his ability to play in the slot or on the line of scrimmage would create matchup problems for defenses with San Francisco able to stay in 2-TE sets so frequently.  Vernon Davis and Fleener would be at least as good, if not better, than the combination of Gronkowski and Hernandez.
