Jeffery has been a very polarizing player in draft circles and until he runs his 40 at his Pro Day, I don't think anyone will have a great feel for his draft stock. If he lasts this long (and he very well could), the Bengals could take him and put him opposite A.J. Green and have two targets with size who could give opposing CBs nightmares around the redzone.
